What does it do?
Call of the Storm gives you a chance to catch two fish from a single cast of your rod while it is raining. The higher the level of this augment, the higher the chance to catch another fish.
❗Call of the Storm does not work when it is not raining. When it is not raining you need to use Hot Spot for this.
